Arrival & Fair Prep

Arrive in Guangzhou: Your guide meets you at the airport or train station. They'll help with SIM card, currency exchange, and any immediate needs.
Check-in to hotel: We recommend the Pazhou area (near the fair) or Tianhe (central business district). Hotel not included, but we assist with booking.
Afternoon: Brief walking tour of your immediate neighborhood. Locate the nearest metro station, convenience store, and a backup restaurant in case you don't want to venture far after the fair.
Evening: Welcome dinner at a quality Cantonese restaurant. Your guide explains fair logistics, the phases, what to expect, and shares their best tips for making the most of your time there.

First Fair Day

7:30 AM: Guide picks you up from hotel lobby for the short journey to Pazhou Exhibition Center.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning at the fair. Your guide provides an orientation: hall layout, which halls to prioritize, how to find suppliers efficiently, and fair etiquette.
12:30 PM: Lunch at one of the fair's better food courts, or a nearby restaurant if you prefer.
2:00 - 6:00 PM: Afternoon fair session.
6:30 PM: Return to hotel to freshen up.
8:00 PM: Evening experience: Pearl River dinner cruise with city skyline views. A perfect way to decompress after a busy day.

Second Fair Day + City Exploration

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning fair session.
12:30 PM: Lunch at the fair or nearby.
2:00 PM: Short afternoon fair session (optional — you can also skip this if you've covered what you need).
4:00 PM: Leave the fair early for a relaxed city experience:
4:30 PM: Visit Canton Tower for sunset views over the city.
6:30 PM: Dinner in the Tianhe district — modern Cantonese cuisine at its finest.
8:30 PM: Explore the vibrant nightlife in Zhujiang New Town if energy remains.

Final Fair Day + Heritage Walk

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Final morning at the fair — follow up with promising suppliers, exchange contact cards, and finalize notes.
12:30 PM: Farewell fair lunch at a dedicated Cantonese restaurant.
2:30 PM: Heritage walking tour of old Guangzhou:
- Shamian Island — European colonial architecture

Phase 1 and 2 are the busiest. If flexible, Phase 3 tends to be less crowded but still productive. We can advise based on your industry.
